--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
" zc case is the same case as an si case.
si case = big bearing
dx case = small bearing
dx trans differential bearing = 72X35X17
si trans differential bearing = 80X40X18
inner diameter of DX diff bearing = 35mm
inner diameter of Si/ZC diff bearing = 40mm
can't use the dx/std carrier because it's 5mm too small for the zc/si bearings
solution? use side gears from dx diff in zc diff.
Not all Si transmissions have 40mm carrier bearings - some of them use the 35mm bearings. Talk to Quaife if you don't believe me.

90-93 teg splines may fit the zc diff w/ halfshaft, but think about the placement of the D trans in the chassis compared to the placement of the B trans in the chassis.
Dude, '90-93 Integra axles work fine with the ZC trans. There are hundreds if not thousands of people using this setup with no apparent problems. "
--------------------------------
merci
